A Richmond man riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle on Jan.25 was killed by an alleged drunk driver in a head-on collision that resulted in the death of a motorcycle rider.

According to a preliminary investigation by Texas Department of Public Safety troopers, around 9:45 a.m., 51-year-old Michelle Antonio Keith was driving northwest on Pitts Road when his 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe crossed over into the southbound lane and crashed into a 2008 Harley Davidson Motorcycle.

77彩票网appTroopers said Keith refused medical attention at the scene.

The victim was identified as 66-year-old Billy Poe of Richmond. Poe was transported by Fort Bend EMS to Oak Bend Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Keith was subsequently arrested for intoxication manslaughter and is currently being held on a $50,000 bond at the Fort Bend County Jail.

This crash remains under investigation, and further details are not available at this time.
