Teen shouted for help after being left for dead in Atascocita bayou, suspect now charged, police say
Police have arrested a 19-year-old man accused of shooting an 18-year-old and leaving him for dead in a bayou Sunday in Atascocita, authorities said.
77彩票网appBrodrick Pappillion was arrested Tuesday on a murder charge, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. He’s accused of killing the teen around 2 a.m. behind a home in the 6700 block of Treeline Drive, police say.
Neighbors heard shouting and gunfire coming from near the home and immediately called 911, investigators said. They heard the teenager shouting for help after being shot, according to the sheriff’s office.
Paramedics airlifted the teenager to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
